Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes, and dishwasher safe!

Are your stickers laminated?

Yes, unless the product is noted with "no lamination".  We offer a gloss lamination finish or a matte lamination finish.  

Laminated Vs Non-Laminated:

Our laminated stickers offer an extra layer of protection against all elements, including UV, scratches, chemicals and more, with a 5+ year outdoor rating.  They are also dishwasher safe.  Un-laminated stickers have an outdoor weatherproof rating of up to 3 years but are not resistant to abrasion or hard scratching. 

Do you print full color?

Yes, our large format printers print using 10 colors which produce the highest quality prints in the industry. 

Are your stickers vinyl?

Yes.  We print on premium, 3.4 mil polymeric vinyl + 3 mil lamination for superior outdoor durability, up to 5-7 years.  All of our stickers are outdoor durable and have a permanent adhesive unless otherwise noted.  

Can you print very large stickers?

Yes!  We can print a sticker up to 48"x48".  Send us an email for a quote on larger sized stickers.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

No.  Currently, we ship within the United States, Puerto Rico & Hawaii.  

Do you charge for shipping?

No.  Our standard shipping is FREE, via USPS Ground Advantage and includes tracking.  You will get the option to get faster Priority Mail shipping at checkout for $10.95.  Expedited shipping (Priority Mail Express) costs varies depending on location and order size.  To get a quote on expedited shipping (1-2 day shipping time), please contact us at help@stickerprousa.com.

What is your turnaround time?

Once your proof is approved, production time is 3-4 business days (excluding holidays), then your order is shipped.  Business days are Monday through Friday.  If proof is approved after 12:00pm EST, your order will be added to production the following business day. 

How long does shipping take?

Once the carrier has the package, the standard shipping time is 2-5 business days, depending on the location.  Keep in mind, we have no control over any delays with shipping carriers.  Some areas may experience delays due to higher volumes.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes.  To request rush services and/or expedited shipping, send us an email request including your order number.  The fee for these services vary depending on your order.  Rush services will get your production time down to 1-2 days from proof approval and does NOT include expedited shipping.  

Do you offer graphic design services?

No.  If you need graphic design services, send us an email and we can direct you to an affordable option for those services. 

Do you remove backgrounds from images?

Yes.  We will remove backgrounds and setup your contour lines, no charge!

Can you edit/change colors in my artwork?

Yes, if your artwork is vector with separated layers.  If your image is a single layer raster file, such as a JPG or PNG, there may be editing charges required to change colors if possible.  It is best to email us with your requests and artwork file and we can determine if additional editing charges will be required.

Can you add my social media handle to my design?

Yes.  We can edit in your social media or any text you would like added into your design.  To request this service, let us know what you would like added to the design after uploading your image file.  A note box will appear below the image after uploading. 

What file types do I need to upload?

We work with all file types, including PNG, PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPG, JPEG, PSD, SVG and .Ai files.  Make sure your image files are in a high resolution or sized much larger than the desired print size.  300 DPI is recommended for best print results.  If your image has a poor resolution or is sized too small, we will notify you of this before we proceed. 

How do I send my image files?

You can send us your image files, two ways.  Upload your files on the website during the ordering process, or you can email us the image files later. 

When uploading your image, if the file size is very large, it may take longer to upload depending on your internet connection.  If you experience any problems uploading your image files, you can select the check box to "Skip Image Upload" and email us your files later.  Send your image files to info@stickerprousa.com and include your order number in the subject.

Will I receive a proof?

Yes.  We send digital proofs for all orders, within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends).  Review and approve or request changes until your satisfied with your stickers!
