Terms of service

Artwork Consent:

By placing your order, you agree that you own the rights to the uploaded media image(s) and take full responsibility for any copyright laws that may be violated.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

Image Quality:

We can work with all file types.  Vector files are preferred but are not required.  300 dpi is recommended for best print results. 

Turnaround Time:

Production time is 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) after proof approval, then your order is shipped the following business day.  Any proofs approved after 12:00 pm EST, will be added to production the following business day.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Shipping times may vary but standard shipping within the US is typically 2-5 business days once the carrier has the package. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to possible USPS related delays or any other delays out of our control.  Standard shipping includes tracking.  USPS does not guarantee their shipping times unless it is PM Express shipping.  If your package is delayed due to high volumes within USPS or USPS errors, there is nothing we can do about it.  You can contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number and ask for assistance.

Rush Production Service:

Rush service is available upon request, after placing your order.  Production time for this service is 1-2 days from proof approval.  This service is NOT expedited shipping.  If you wish to have expedited shipping as well, let us know and we will factor in the shipping costs. 

The rush production service & expedited shipping fees vary depending on the order.

Online Proofs:

Online proofs are sent within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays & weekends).

We send out a reminder message to the email address you entered during sign-up or checkout.  If you do not see your proof email in your inbox, check your junk/spam/promotions/other folders, it may have ended up there depending on your mail preferences.  

After 10 days from the date your proof was sent, if you fail to approve or request changes to your proof, we will send your stickers to production as-is and you will be notified when your stickers have shipped.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is charged to New Jersey residents only.
